Oral presentations
Sessions are divided in slots of 20 minutes.
Each presenter will have 15 minutes for the actual presentation of his/her work,
and 5 minutes will be allocated to questions. Personal laptops can be connected
to the projector, otherwise authors can use the provided presentation PC,
that will have the usual presentation programs (i.e., PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader)
available. The papers can be loaded in the presentation PC before the beginning
of each session.
Poster presentations
A poster panel will be allocated to each presenter. The panels are 1.2m x 0.9m, and
are therefore suitable for an A0 poster, portrait (which is the recommended format).
